Leaf season
Looks like leaf season is finally arriving, we are supposed to get our first frost this week, so season will most likely run into November. So come on and enjoy.
Happenings in Burnsville
Spring and summer are upon us and a lot happening in town, see the events planned on the Chamber of Commerce website, or the town center website or look at the events we will post. Some upcoming include a Spring Home and Garden show on May 18-19, the Playhouse opens May 4 to 18 with “Along About Sundown” and the Toe River Studio Tour in early June. It all happens in Burnsville, our town square is “America, like it used to be”.
Spring
I cut the grass for the first time, it is turning to spring so time to start thinking about visiting the Mountains of North Carolina. Our craft beer maker is expanding and work is under way to move to a new building. Shops and restaurants are opening again and it is a great time to visit.

now is the time to plan for trips to the mountsins for Spring and Summer.
